Anatomy of the Dog: In Straightforward Terms
This is a useful book for people who like drawing dogs, as well as for canine health professionals. It´s a very accessible guide, rather than a deeply technical work, and has nice, clear illustrations.
Kerstin Mielke works as a physiotherapist for dogs, so is well able to explain how a dog´s body works, and different aspects of canine anatomy. The stress is on how dogs move, though this is a comprehensive guide, also covering inner organs, skin and coat, the nervous system and the senses.
